Lunchtime Flow

Mon: 12pm-1pm
Blissbody Yoga

 

A one hour flow practice during your lunch break. Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated forward bends and twists, arm balances, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded mid-day practice.


Warm Flow

Mon: 1:15pm-2:15pm

Blissbody Yoga

During this one hour class in a room heated to 80 degrees, you will move                   at a slower pace, feeling and listening to the inner workings of your body.                  The class will still be a flow, but the practitioner can dive deeper into the                   poses while staying warm.


Vinyasa Level 2 

Tues: 9:30am-11am

Join Jen for this 90 minute vinyasa flow class. Each class is mindfully crafted to prepare the body for a peak pose in the arm balance, inversion, backbend or twist family. The room will be warmed to around 80 degrees to keep the body warm and open to its fullest potential. Each movement is synchronized with breath, and each movement flows into the next, making the practice feel like a dance. Flow, breathe, quiet the mind, find peace.


Vinyasa - Open Level

Thurs: 9:30am-10:45am

Open Level Vinyasa is a mixed-level class and an energetic, flowing series of interconnected postures synchronized with the breath. Jen brings creative sequencing and fantastic music to her classes.  Each class is crafted to take you through a full practice, including breathwork and meditation.  Her goal is for you to leave feeling grounded, balancedIt is recommended to have a basic understanding of Vinyasa yoga before taking this class.


Flow Yoga

Sat: 9:30am-10:45am

Flow yoga is a fluid style of yoga that links movement with breath for a dynamic mind-body workout. This style of yoga generates heat, builds strength and flexibility, and focuses the mind. Students practice sun salutations, standing and balancing postures, seated forward bends and twists, arm balances, backbends and inversions for a well-rounded and energizing practice.     Jen will be sharing this                                                          class with other Blissbody teachers but will be there about 2 Saturdays a month.  Check                                                  the schedule.  Previous yoga experience recommended.
